| Skin | Our essential oils blended with apricot kernel oil are suitable for direct application to the skin in small quantities, e.g. rub into temples for headache. We recommend our straight essential oils be diluted with a vegetable oil if used in massage. Recommended dilution for Massage : use no more than 10 drops of essential oil blend to 20ml carrier oil. This dilution is a guide, we recommend testing on back of wrist for suitability. If rash or irritation appears, discontinue use immediately. |
| Bath | Relax in a warm scented bath by adding 6 drops to a full bath. |
| Inhalation | Add maximum 4 drops to a bowl of steaming water. Inhale for 2 minutes or until steam dissipates. |
| Handkerchief | Apply 3 drops of oil to your handkerchief and inhale as required... or place under pillow whilst sleeping. |
| Aromatherapy Potpourri |
Add 4 to 6 drops to refresh your blend, as required. |
