Escentials is an innovative Health & Wellbeing business established in
picturesque Koonwarra, South Gippsland, Victoria in 2003.
Our passion is to
respond to people's need to realise, experience and learn about energy and its
impact on our health and well being.
We offer massages and
treatments incorporating an ancient, tried and true healing method called
Nautilus which revitalises the body, mind and spirit.

Practitioners work with the powerful healing energy of nature through massage
and energy healing to assist in releasing stress and tension and build on your
own ability to heal, energise and invigorate your lifeforce.
To care for yourself is an essential requirement of living - to rest and
rejuvenate. To be cared for and nourished- in body, mind and spirit is the
single most important counterpart to work, endeavour and achievement. We cannot
do one without the other for a long period of time. When we try, our life force
becomes dull and we get out of balance.

As
well as our body products we offer unique blends of essential oils, carrier oils, massage oils and bath oils.
Our
blends are warming and nurturing, designed to nourish and strengthen your inner
qualities and to assist to regenerate your energy, mind and body.
Our ‘all natural ‘
potpourri of flowers and herbs are picked every Spring and Summer from local
growers and dried on the farm at Peaceful Gardens, Nerrena.
Production
of our potpourri and body products is done with care using the finest
ingredients and the nurturing creative and intuitive energy of nature. Only the
highest quality, natural ingredients are used.
